Easy and quickI love this app to topup my fiance in haiti every month but what i don't like about it its that when i do a topup for her a monthly $20 diamond plan it doesn't last for a month it always finish one day early...lets say i do a plan on the 3rd of December it will finish on the 2nd of January and so on and so on...please fix i will really appreciate it...It will be better if I could have chosen the number from my contacts, instead of typing it in.

1. Fix Natcom TopUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Natcom TopUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Natcom TopUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Natcom TopUp" » Open Natcom TopUp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Natcom TopUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Natcom TopUp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Natcom TopUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Natcom TopUp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Natcom TopUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Natcom TopUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Natcom TopUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Natcom TopUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Natcom TopUp not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Natcom TopUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Natcom TopUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
