Mobilize powered Customer Insights

1. I canceled the App thinking I could install it again and it would work again..Wrong!!!!!! Favorite tells me it's my responsibility to have the hospital download a timesheet sign it and email it back to them or I won't be paid.

2. After tree attempts of opening and it doing the same thing I uninstalled.Always have to delete the data in order to sign at the end of each shift.

3. Also who ever is inputting data, needs to recheck for correctness, app says one thing like 10 miles away and was 1hr away from my location.the update is terrible! freezes all the time.

4. Its so embarrassing trying to have a supervisor sign you out at the end of the shift and you're pretty much at the mercy of the app in order to get paid.

5. BE Careful.ANYONE HAVING THR ERROR MESSAGE! On my Android if I delete the storage data and the cache before opening the app you don't have keep reinstalling it.

6. Problem areas: having to scroll to the top of the page to see the date for the shift that you are looking at.

7. I fill out a blank piece of paper with my time have the House Supervisor sign it.

8. I wish they never changed itI have had to uninstall then reinstall this app twice in order for it to start working properly because it freezes.

9. I snap a photo of it and text it to Favorite and told them it's their responsibility to get the timse sheet to and from the Hospital that Favorite requires.

10. Most of the time, it's when you have to get approval that it freezes and makes the lives of busy people hard.

11. I've been unable to open it since December 28th to have my shifts signed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mobilize powered Issues

1. Fix Mobilize powered Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mobilize powered: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mobilize powered App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobilize powered" » Open Mobilize powered by Favorite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobilize powered » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobilize powered by Favorite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobilize powered servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobilize powered by Favorite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mobilize powered app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobilize powered might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobilize powered. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobilize powered then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobilize powered not working


2. Fix Mobilize powered Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobilize powered be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobilize powered not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobilize powered may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
