Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DC Values Issues
1. Fix DC Values Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart DC Values: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the DC Values App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DC Values" » Open DC Values » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DC Values » click "UPDATE".
- Clear DC Values app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DC Values servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DC Values" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check DC Values app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DC Values might not work.
