Why should I report an Issue with emaze?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of emaze to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. it has literally been 20 minutes and it has not worked and this presentation is due by tomorrow and I'm super frustratedfirst of all it takes very very much time very very very much time to download and after that when its opening and when the assigning in or registering then it's only loading and even not loading... It's really a major issue so look.after it... I hope I will.

It would delete my work every two seconds, it would never let me click on the right thing I needed to click on, there was a bar at the top of the screen that got in the way every time I needed to put something in that area, when you went into present, nothing would be where you put it, it would all be over lapping and ugly.

3. Don't waste your time or money.I log in and it takes me to the home but when I click in the presentation to edit it, and the screen is straight up white.

4. Edit: Yeah don't need "assistance", your app freezes and literally won't let you do anything...Sorry guys, I like EMAZE a lot; unfortunately the app doesn't work at all.

5. Especially since it is 2020 and being able to access and edit content on the go is a must!I hated it.

6. Honeslty just use Google slides, I only used this because my teacher made us and it is the worst presentation app I ever used.

7. Poorly done.Can't even create an account... Doesn't seem so emazing to me.

8. I have reinstalled and cleared cache... So unless they fix this issue or push out an entirely new app, I would not recommend the download.

1. Fix emaze Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart emaze: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the emaze App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "emaze" » Open emaze » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for emaze » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear emaze app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from emaze servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "emaze" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check emaze app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, emaze might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall emaze. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall emaze then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing emaze not working

2. Fix emaze Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make emaze be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to emaze not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, emaze may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
