Other than that it's completely useless.It's annoying app *Not showing the reason for rejected claims *Not able to resubmit or update the documents after rejected *Not showing the details of accepted and rejected amounts in the claim *Eveytime need to get the info must call the call centre and spend a long time to get the details of claimI am experiencing a technical error in the app that prevents me from submitting claims, and even after submitting reports, complaints, and calling several times, and even showing up to the company office, the problem still hasn't been solved after 20 days have passed.
