1. I noticed the more money I make the more declines I get and it takes longer to get my payout.I absolutely love this app! The surveys are interesting and I live getting credits t fir the games I would play anyways.

Too many other apps out there to waste any more time on this one.The whole process of signing up makes me really uncomfortable, they ask for even the most private information like your address and you dont have a choice but to agree to all their terms like giving your private information to other companies.

6. It takes several minutes to load the list of surveys then several more minutes to load a survey then most of the time it just goes back to the main screen.

1. Fix Drumo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drumo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drumo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drumo" » Open Drumo: Get Paid With Real Cash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drumo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drumo: Get Paid With Real Cash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drumo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drumo: Get Paid With Real Cash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drumo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drumo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drumo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drumo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drumo not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drumo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drumo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drumo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
