The Detroit News Customer Insights

1. Newspapers are failing, and they don't seem to care about their readers. This app crashes every five minutes and no one at the paper knows why.Negative trying to cancel subscription and you make it difficultI signed up through the app but it didn't show any subscription information.

2. Done with this one forever. The notification settings are set to "breaking news", which to the Detroit News means just about all the news stories! I expected better! I turned off the notifications and anything more than a true local emergency will get the app deleted.Mostly paywalls.

3. I couldn't access some content on the app, and it didn't recognize my subscription on the website.

4. Old news, repeated articles and pointless ads snuck in between the content.

5. App keeps signing me out, it would be great if I could stay signed in all the time. This is the paid version of this app and it's definitely not worth it.

6. I like going down to one app but just show the newspaper like he top stories too much sliding and zooming.

7. But at the current state it's not worth $App keeps crashing since their June 8, 2023 update.

8. Maybe boomers like it but let's get it usable Feedback tool is a blank screen so have to leave a review instead.

9. Im paying to read subscribers' stories and can't read them.

10. When will this issue be fixed? Great content, headlines are sometimes over sensational though.
