Why should I report an Issue with piZap: Design & Edit Photos?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of piZap to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Had the app for about 10 minutes, that'll doInstalled app, opened it, selected photo to edit, added speech bubble with text, clicked save, selected WhatsApp as destination, and it sent the photo WITHOUT the speech bubble: so it didn't work.

2. Please know, the app works extremely well without the subscription.Doesn't do the most basic thing you need a meme app to do: allow you to apply the classic meme style formatting to any text boxes you create.

3. Please, Pizap, fix this issue.EDIT-> Please contact me! Was a great app! After developer made 'improvements', it doesn't work well, MOST of the time.

4. Otherwise the app has a lot of nice features and I'm going to keep it to use some of those features from time to time, but I have to rate it very poorly for that atrocious oversight on the most important feature missing from the app.I've used this app for years and loved it.

5. Solution?There were issues I had when I used this mobile version: I sign up for free trial and the pro features don't work.

6. It was easier to match text that way! Edit: December 20, 2021 The bugs have NOT been fixed yet! Now the paint is not right.

7. The cutout resize button on the bottom right doesn't work.

8. You can't even make a speech bubble the correct size, it covers the entire image, even when you shrink the bubble, the test can't get small enough.

9. You can't mess with the transparency, size it, or even remove it from your work.

10. And the cut out tool that used to work wonders now barely works.

1. Fix piZap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart piZap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the piZap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "piZap" » Open piZap: Design & Edit Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for piZap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear piZap: Design & Edit Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from piZap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "piZap: Design & Edit Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check piZap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, piZap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall piZap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall piZap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing piZap not working

2. Fix piZap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make piZap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to piZap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, piZap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
