1. More importantly, could Google Fit connectivity be added? Considering going for Pro but that would be a key required feature for continued use.This is a great app! It's great for body fitness it starts out easy but as you get further you start to get that burning feeling in your legs, arms' and abs..I love it it's a great challenge just wish there was music though...Paid version is better.
2. And even if it were legit, I'm trying to develop a healthy relationship to fitness and working out after having had an eating disorder, and an app that's prioritizing my weight rather than my actual workouts and progress would be anywhere from useless to actively harmful for me.
3. If the devs were to make the height and weight questions optional, I'd be interested in trying the app - but until then, it's going in the "uninstall" pile where it belongs.Very good app, very cheaply priced.
4. No need for equipment! Super useful!This app will not allow you to get started without entering your height and weight, so that it can pester you using a useless, not scientifically supported metric (BMI).
5. Sometimes I get busy and dont find time to work out but this app is so easy to get right back on track :)This is a good app.
6. No mussGreat workouts, definitely provides the diffrent areas to train, only need a mat or and type of soft layering when exercises are done on the floor.
7. BMI is a population-level statistical tool, not an individual measure of health - many professional athletes are "obese" according to their BMI, which should make it clear what a useless metric that is.
8. I feel very fresh after doing this exercises but I think it would be more better if you add a food control list tooGreat app, really gets you motivated.
9. Only complaint is can't play music while doing workout.Love the app.
