1. I've even uninstalled it between jobs because of this As soon as I reinstall it, I start having trouble keeping a charge on my battery.Didn't work last time I used it.

They should knock this app when they use FN, makes no sense why you would have the tech use two platforms.Very poorly written application that genesis networks forces their technicians to use outside of existing good working platforms because they are too lazy to automate things properly.good when it works.
3. Be it on Wi-Fi, cellular, broadband the amount of time for searches to complete is too long, when it does work.
4. Updated - Ever since the company was purchased, using the search feature has gone from mostly functional to "I can't find jobs because the search function does not work".
