Why should I report an Issue with WBC Communicator?

1. Please guys either remove from the app store or build an app that works.Registration sucks! Why publish an app and request authentication when you can't provide users the ability to register.Can't log in or create an account.

1. Fix WBC Communicator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WBC Communicator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WBC Communicator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WBC Communicator" » Open WBC Communicator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WBC Communicator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WBC Communicator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WBC Communicator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WBC Communicator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WBC Communicator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WBC Communicator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WBC Communicator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WBC Communicator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WBC Communicator not working
