The ads could also be geared more towards the users interest, otherwise, it is a very good app.Didn't detect a virus, I keep getting spam notifications from who nows where, and yet this app says my phone is fine!I Like The Application and It's Ease Of Use, Thanks Staff, Technicians and Employees, Good Quality Work!😎👀👌Fast Fluid Movement! 2. However, it doesn't seem to detect apps or updates that multiples of the same file get into androids system.

3. Running this app several times to try and detect, to no avail.Turns off aps therefore; making your those features distinctive or completely turn off security options , etc.

4. The problem is that while it blocks spam/scam messages, (I wish there was a way to block them entirely), but it's also blocking messages from friends, and other necessary contacts.

5. It's not that interesting with security lacking when played.Nice but does it have a schedule to run in background? Or can you fix .

10. I'm uninstalling this app, and trying again.The app works very well but it would be nice to have other functions added into this scanner.

11. Works well alongside AVG and NetGuard but would be cool to have an easy-find auto run on start up with 'scan now' option.

1. Fix Antivirus One Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Antivirus One: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Antivirus One App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Antivirus One" » Open Antivirus One - Virus Cleaner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Antivirus One » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Antivirus One - Virus Cleaner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Antivirus One servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Antivirus One - Virus Cleaner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Antivirus One app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Antivirus One might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Antivirus One. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Antivirus One then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Antivirus One not working

2. Fix Antivirus One Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Antivirus One be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Antivirus One not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Antivirus One may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
