1. Using a friendly interface, a beekeeper can define several apiaries (hearths), can add work to be performed, harvests (honey, wax), colonies movements, veterinary controls and other. • Record information on the number, health and maintenance of each bees family. • Add work to be performed, harvests (honey, wax), colonies movements, veterinary controls and other. • Check your Timeline - contains all beehive reports, to do actions, colonies movements, harvests, treatments and veterinary checks ordered descending by date. • Share your dashboard with information about apiary on Facebook, Gmail etc. • Find route to destination for pastoral trips (using Google Maps). • Hive components: addings, removals of frames (new, with honey, bees or brood), supers etc.
2. Apiary Book allows recording on mobile phone of information on the number, health and maintenance of each bees family, treatments carried out, and other operations in the field of beekeeping.
3. Apiary Book is a MindTheBees project, a project about life, youth, healthy lifestyle, natural food, nature, family.
4. The main goal of MindTheBees is to raise the awareness of the youth on the significance of the bees in the nature, educate the young generation about honey production and processing procedures, and promote the interest for beekeeping activities.
1. You have to spend time getting to know where everything is, but the app is comprehensive and well-designed for managing apiaries of varying sizes.easy to use as a hobby beekeeping this app covers all the aspects that I need to track my hives and queens. The best beekeeping app I have seen.
2. It gives you a lot for no cost but the subscription is expensive (over $120 CDN/yr for lite ver).Arrows are not clickable your have always click on the text (why arrows thought?), design is very overloaded and all yellow, the app is not very common sense and user centric designed.
3. A dozen other apps will allow you to track as many hives as you like.
4. I am able to go through & check when I last inspected, set out a plan for a hive on when I might like to do something like add/remove deeps, if I noticed a problem I need to keep an eye on or treat for, etc.
5. #of hives max-out at 10 and requires "pro" at that point which from my point of view only gets me more hives to track.
6. Which makes it especially difficult for new beekeepers! ... Update, I have send feedback to the creator perhaps he can guide us, I'll let you know what the response is.Nice to have free-tier support for us small- time hobbyists.
7. Free version should max out at 50 so hobbyists can manage nucs and mating hives throughout the season.
8. I like having the info about my hives, inspections, etc at my fingertips.
9. I was looking for a simple app to keep track of hive inspections.
10. It's nice having all the info in one spot with easy access.Over all a very good app.
11. Still an amazing app though.Much better and easier than other apps I've tried, but would prefer American date format (month/day/year).
Change work, don't need Apiary book app anymore, please cancel my subscription
