1. it is not confidential anymore if Dealer purchase vehicle and the other party gets to see the priceThere is a bad delay when scrolling through photos..you have to swipe the screen 5times or more to go to next photo..sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.. 3/2/23 app doesn't not remind you of auction on time..sends reminders once auction is over..and app doesn't refresh at times..causing the auction times to be off which will make you miss outWish there was the option to filter search results.

There were several that I was not able to bid on due to that fact and it was very frustrating so I turned to the app it workedIt keeps asking for my drivers license and proof of residence literally EVERY SINGLE DAY! ITS ANNOYING!!!!!!!!! I've already sent it OVER AND OVER AND OVER! I don't like paying for a subscription to keep dealing with this s***! PLEASE FIX! Or give an option to X outI will greatly appreciate it if you can stop giving tow truck drivers bill of sales with the purchase price on it.

3. If Copart's looking for a benchmark, check out the new Adesa App - it's awesome.App is great in so many ways, however.... when clicking on to a live virtual auction, I have never seen anything so obnoxious and annoying than that awful music and announcer dude during the sale.

4. Also it seemed like a week ago all the lots on the website even with a filter of "no license required" in featured items filters the search result still popped up any vehicle including license required.

5. Updated review: latest iteration is much improved, especially the addition of shipping estimates.Overall I like the app but like others who have left ratings I absolutely hate the stupid music and sound effects Copart uses.

6. I'd love to meet the App Developer who thought it was a good idea to put the mute button within a quarter-inch of the bid button and then turn on music each and every time the app is opened.

7. The last update made it impossible to browse the vehicle pictures.

8. The mute buttons are a nice option, but strategically placed on near the bid button is an unbelievably bad design.

9. I actually bid on a vehicle I wasn't interested in because I was trying to hit the mute button.

10. Fix one or more of these, and this thing rocks.As with copart the company, the app offers a caveman hitting a rock approach to customer service.

11. It used to have two arrow buttons, one on each lower corner of the screen to help browse the pictures, and now they are gone.

1. Fix Copart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Copart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Copart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Copart" » Open Copart - Online Auto Auctions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Copart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Copart - Online Auto Auctions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Copart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Copart - Online Auto Auctions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Copart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Copart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Copart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Copart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Copart not working

2. Fix Copart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Copart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Copart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Copart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
