Why should I report an Issue with PolyColor - Color by Number Poly Art Coloring Game?

1. Thank u.Why do some of the pictures have colors "left over"? By that, I mean, some pictures are complete as far as I can tell, but they aren't marked as such b/c supposedly I've missed a color block?? Or it's too small to see.

2. Ads used to show up very rarely, but now they appear every time you open the app, every time you finish a picture, and several times during coloring, every few minutes.

3. This went from a very nice coloring game to an endless cycle of ads.

4. it will automatically zoom you out completely and change the location of what you were looking at.I wish there was a way to filter out the completed puzzles, and a possibility to pay for no ads.

5. Also no way to turn vibration off.I really enjoy coloring, but there is a huge glitch when zoomed in.

6. I couldn't even finish 3 colors before I gave up out of annoyance.Nice idea, poor execution.

7. The problem now is that if you're holding your finger down to drag color it counts as clicking an ad, which sends you to some random site.

1. Fix PolyColor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PolyColor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PolyColor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PolyColor" » Open PolyColor - Color by Number Poly Art Coloring Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PolyColor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PolyColor - Color by Number Poly Art Coloring Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PolyColor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PolyColor - Color by Number Poly Art Coloring Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PolyColor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PolyColor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PolyColor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PolyColor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PolyColor not working

2. Fix PolyColor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PolyColor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PolyColor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PolyColor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
