What users are saying

1. Not!!!! When I try to read my e-edition, it is fine for a few minutes then it disappears! Can't find certain sections of the paper when I look for it! Trying to call customer service is a joke! I have subscribed to the Post for 50 years, back when I got the paper delivered every day, sorry those days are gone forever.

2. It used to be very unstable on my Android tablet, but now I can scroll, change font sizes, rotate and, most importantly, I can turn off the display or let it timeout and come back to the same page I left - no slow reloads, no reset to page A-1.

3. It was much worse before.Totally unusable on a tablet, crashes every few minutes, changes pages at rrandom times, will not scroll or resize without freezing up requiring a hard restart.

4. One must constantly scroll and zoom to read them.WORST APP EVER & C.S. experience with the Palm Beach Post is the worst.

5. I've complained about this the Palm Beach Post tech support, Gannett tech support, and even the PBP editors for probably 2 years or more about this.

6. For example, if your emailing to yourself for future reference, you'll just see a big stack of emails with the subject line "Palm Beach Post".

7. Jumps from section to section, loads half pages or loads excruciatingly slowly with an otherwise fine, high speed dsl/ wifi network.

8. Should have had a fallback model.I'd give it four or five stars, but neither the app or the HTML version will transfer the title of the article when you want to share it via emal.

9. March 24... I go to open the app then start the zoom in on the page and everything disappears and goes back to where I have to open the app again.

10. The biggest problem is if the tablet is put to sleep, the app frequently freezes on awakening, requiring a forced stop and restart.

11. Tues , March 31, still 👎I thought that by unsubscribing and then subscribing over again and paying for a whole year, I would have better service.
