1. Speaking of improving things, there is room for improvement for this app; ClickBus should support the Google Calendar API, so that if the user signed up to ClickBus using a Google account, when such user books a seat and the payment is confirmed, the app could use the data it's handling (Passenger's date and time of the trip) and schedule it on the User's calendar.

2. But if you go to the terminal ou company website, you find it.Really curious why the service fee is way different from the bus company that uses the same clickbus system.

3. I bought tickets in the app with stopover without knowing I would have one single trip ticket availaible at the terminal.Sometimes I couldn't find a ticket, but the app informs that there's no bus for that route.

4. I have explored this app to a certain extent and made a purchase for a bus ticket within the app.The *ONLY* good thing about it is the convenience for purchasing a passage online.

5. Only feature I'd like to see added is company ratings.Can't add more passengers after signing up for paid club and adding just one person.It crashes and don't open the search menu.

6. Also, for some reason, they decided to support PayMee, but if you're a PayPal or Payoneer user, you're SOL.It's a pain in the neck.

7. Have in mind that purchasing a passage using this app is much more expensive than doing so in person.

8. The only use is for bus schedules since buying is a nightmare!!App gives an error by searching for city of departure.

9. However, there is a 'service tax' they came up with, which nullifies any "discount" you're given, and it seems that's all it does.

1. Fix ClickBus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ClickBus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ClickBus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ClickBus" » Open ClickBus - Bus Tickets » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ClickBus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ClickBus - Bus Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ClickBus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ClickBus - Bus Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ClickBus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ClickBus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ClickBus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ClickBus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ClickBus not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ClickBus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ClickBus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ClickBus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
