1. What should take seconds ends up taking minutes! And the push notifications are absolutely annoying! I scanned my phone and then 15 minutes later it sends me push notification to do it again! Absolutely ridiculous!!! And I honestly don't know if it really works because I haven't noticed any changes except for all the stupid ads! I give this app a negative 5 stars!So far in my first run of all the free featured scans, I havent run into ANY snags or incompatibility problems.

2. Did not like all the pop up ads so l got a quarterly subscription, takes away all that, works silently in the background to clean up your phone scan for virus and a good battery saver to.

3. I clicked the button to clean my phone and to delete the memory that's not needed and when I checked behind it a few times to make sure it was cleaning.

4. I don't think it's really cleaning, optimizing, or checking anything.Works perfectly well for cleaning junk but it doesn't make any difference at all when you attempt to free up ram.

1. Fix ONE TOOLKIT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ONE TOOLKIT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ONE TOOLKIT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ONE TOOLKIT" » Open ONE TOOLKIT: Delete Junk Files » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ONE TOOLKIT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ONE TOOLKIT: Delete Junk Files app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ONE TOOLKIT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ONE TOOLKIT: Delete Junk Files" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ONE TOOLKIT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ONE TOOLKIT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ONE TOOLKIT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ONE TOOLKIT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ONE TOOLKIT not working

2. Fix ONE TOOLKIT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ONE TOOLKIT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ONE TOOLKIT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ONE TOOLKIT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
