WABox Customer Insights

1. the cleaner is locked under a paywallI just converted my official WA version to latest WA Beta because of multi device support, due of this WA Web from WABox can not link to WA Beta because it's needed twice scan of QR code, the first QR code can be scanned but WABox can't give the second QR code and it keeps loading the QR code endlessly, i hope Fronixsoft can fix this because the main reason i upgraded this app it's because WA Web feature so i can use both my phones for WA, thanks in advance.App bugs while deleting a large batch of files.

And you should add 3 dot button features to show profile and other things.I really like the app and would increase the rating as well, only if the defveloper can please return the one time purchase option, as living in a 3rd world country like mine, it is really really hard for me to pay on a weekly that hefty amount and since I really hate ads this is really bothering me and I might uninstall the application all together just because of no one time ad purchase option :(spammed with ads every click of a button.

3. Continue the good workVery nice UI and feature set! But for some reason every single message under Deleted Messages shows up 2-4 times (same exact message and time).

4. (Being able to hide tools that the user isn't gonna use would be nice too.) All in all a very comprehensive and beautifully designed app!Nice app, the direct texting option came in handy so thumbs up for thatđź‘Ť.

5. Would be nice to view images first then video, be able to share the status without saving it and most importantly arrange the status in order.

6. I have few suggestions that you need to work on; one, the deleted messages; for some reasons am not able to see deleted pictures, only a small icon indicating it was a photo.

7. Two; status saver, i noted that you can only save statuses that you've viewed but i think you should improve it so that we can save both the viewed and unviewed one's.It's an amazing app with exciting features.

8. Lots of ads, one ad will pop up when click or navigate inside the app each time and these ads are non-skipable and you have to watch the ad for 5 to 10 seconds when click each time.

9. Most of the time it gets stuck and becomes laggy you should improve those problems.

10. And fake messages are a bit odd looking when links are entered it need to be adjusted.

11. Also, it would be nice if there was a way of quickly toggling Walk & Chat on and off (as Quick tile maybe?) .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WABox Issues

1. Fix WABox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WABox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WABox App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WABox" » Open WABox - Toolkit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WABox » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WABox - Toolkit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WABox servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WABox - Toolkit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WABox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WABox might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WABox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WABox then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WABox not working


2. Fix WABox Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WABox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WABox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WABox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
