1. Very disappointing and completely useless.CONS: Does not link to Clare system for control, notification comes 5 minutes after the motion detection, app needs a lot of work to change features easily, user interface is not user friendly at all, video quality is not impressive.

2. Happy with the camera, picture quality, and the motion sensor, but if the app keeps failing then I'm going to move onto another product.All of my video feed on my motion sensor doorbell camera filled up in the first few days.

3. It just gives an error code every time! An app that you download and then cannot use or does not work! Ridiculous!! TERRIBLE!!!Can't change device parameters or sensitivity.

1. Fix Clare Video Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clare Video Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clare Video Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clare Video Plus" » Open Clare Video Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clare Video Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clare Video Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clare Video Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clare Video Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clare Video Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clare Video Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clare Video Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clare Video Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clare Video Plus not working
