1. Avoid!Very simple and easy to understand, the headset upgrade took a good amount of timeVery handy way to update firmware and change settings in your Cisco headset.

2. Allows your employees to utilize thier headset for personal and professional use and customize to thier preference.Do not buy 730 Headset the dual bluetooth connection does not work properly.

3. - I even didn't hear the noise from the ceramic cup putting to table.This app and the Cisco 730 headset have been horrible to use.

4. I love the option to set audible mute on reindeer when you speak.Using 730 headset and it is connected but this app does not recognize it 9 out of 10.

5. When it works it is sluggish and can't beleive this in enterprise quality from a vendor like this.Game changer in the corporate headset space.

6. Sound and microphone are awesomeI never could have configured my Cisco Headset without this.

7. If I change level in the app the difference is hardly noticeable but in overall at any level it doesn't suppress any noise around in any close level to the level of suppression before fw upgrade, which was really outstanding.

8. Also one of the updates installed from the app to the headset made my mic sound sped up.

9. Not worth the price paid.Super headsets by Cisco, if you use it once you won't like anything else, currently using Cisco HS 730Amazing quality! Everything is extremely smooth.

10. The app has trouble reconnecting to the headset and I have to re-pair it almost every time.

11. After fw upgrade on HS 730-18T the ANC doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cisco Headsets Issues

1. Fix Cisco Headsets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cisco Headsets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cisco Headsets App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cisco Headsets" » Open Cisco Headsets » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cisco Headsets » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cisco Headsets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cisco Headsets servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cisco Headsets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cisco Headsets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cisco Headsets might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cisco Headsets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cisco Headsets then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cisco Headsets not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cisco Headsets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cisco Headsets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
