1. It works great when its working.. It puts folks in a bind when its not working and when we are not able to check balances to make purchases.. It shouldnt be an inconvenience to customers.. Especially those who travel.Carter's app is a good app and very easy to navigate when I need to transfer or simply no my balance.

2. The app does shut down sometimes without notice, & those times are very inconvenient, but when it's working it's awesome and the pros DEFINITELY outweigh the consLike others have said.

3. The only thing I hope Carter can update that I can receive text alert when money has hit my account.I dont like the new update.

1. Fix Carter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Carter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carter" » Open CarterMobile24 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CarterMobile24 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarterMobile24" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Carter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carter not working

2. Fix Carter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
