I wish I didn't have to give any stars.This app is given me a big head ache I can't even log in with my username and password like what's going on with this I need some answers if I don't clock in and out how on earth would I receive my payments can we just do the time sheet like back in the daysExceptional! Abs love this app it makes the process quick and painless.

2. Nothing you try works (restarting, reinstalling, clearing cache), you just have to wait until their server goes back up or whatever it is that causes the problem.Good app and convenient but sometimes does not work and will not count your clock in and out.

3. This app makes life a whole alot easier, instead of constantly having to waste time filling out time sheets, and faxing them over, hoping it goes through, which isn't always the case.

1. Fix Caring Assistants Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Caring Assistants: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Caring Assistants App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Caring Assistants" » Open Caring Assistants » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Caring Assistants » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Caring Assistants app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Caring Assistants servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Caring Assistants" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Caring Assistants app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Caring Assistants might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Caring Assistants. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Caring Assistants then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Caring Assistants not working

2. Fix Caring Assistants Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Caring Assistants be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Caring Assistants not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Caring Assistants may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
