1. Looking at the reviews, i think everyone has the same issue and cant login using correct credentials.I have been trying to log in with my correct details in the application since long time now But it have always kept saying the details I entered are wrong tho I have changed them and tried to login again it says the same .

2. I can login with chrome browser and firefox from my PC and galaxy S8+ but cannot login via the app installed on the same android device!!! Please fix.the cemara just does not work!!!! it's useless and time wasting when you submitted the claim on this app and then you received emails asking you to provide the copy of invoices again because the photo is too vague.I never leave reviews but I have to.

3. I tried to use the OSHC to buy my medications but they have many restrictions, it was useless and I paid for all.I have been trying to log into my account for so long, I entered all correct information.

4. No updates, no one will help, app still says it will be updated by the 16th at 11am.When you take a picture, the app forces you to use its atrocious camera software thats very blurry and you can't really tell how your picture will look because it is "squeezed".

5. But the app says my emails address is wrong, my password is wrong and even after entering the correct policy no which is On My health card the app says my policy number is invalid.

6. What is more, I've sent 4 messages online at different days and time, a computer sent me a email that every messages was received and thay they would respond to my request between 2 business days, it was like 1-2 months ago, but they NEVER did respond to any of my messages.

7. But the app is just useless and I've seen many users with the same issue and the company/ developer has still not taken any steps to fix this problem.Camera not properly functioning.

8. This is not helping us to get out work done easily.This application is totally useless and to my amazement the developers dont care if it works or not.

9. Maybe their programer did this on purpose to create extra difficulty for making a claim, thus statistically reducing the number of claim to increase their prifit.

10. Then it says it will be updated by Monday the 16th at 11am.

11. I'm entering the correct credentials but can still not log in to my account.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall My OSHC Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My OSHC Assistant then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My OSHC Assistant not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My OSHC Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
