1. I would have given your app a 5* rating, but I don't like not being able to remove the meds.I have had this app for a almost a year now and I really like it!!! I'm able to keep track of days I don't feel well, I'm able to set up alarms/reminders to get reminded to take my medication and to get refills and also other things.

2. It's helped me keep track of all the meds I have to take at various times during the day, which regular phone alarms never really helped with.

3. I recomend this app for keeping all your medical info in one place.It is a great app to keep track of medications.

9. That appears to be a thing of the past as with recent updates it shows me the medications that are scheduled, but when i click on the notification, it no longer takes me to the schedule, but a page I've never seen.

10. Originally I left 4 stars because of an issue I had with the calendar, but CareZone first replied with a solution, then with an update saying they are making things more consistent across platforms.

11. Guess I'm looking for a new app to help me keep track.I am very fond of this app, I was diagnosed with cancer and was on a liver transplant list.

1. Fix CareZone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CareZone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CareZone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CareZone" » Open CareZone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CareZone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CareZone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CareZone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CareZone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CareZone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CareZone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CareZone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CareZone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CareZone not working

2. Fix CareZone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CareZone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CareZone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CareZone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
