1. I'm pretty irritated & I do not want to waste time on a call when I should be able to login!!So, I get that technology has some ups and downs, but it's ridiculous to have so many complaints about an app and an obvious systemic problem for almost THREE WEEKS without any update or further communication! AND the mobile web version keeps going down.
2. I tried the update and still get the white screen!! Useless!!!Constantly says username or password not valid even after resetting the password, checking the user and the new password accepted right after the change.
3. It won't allow me to order a repeat prescription, check my recent orders....or even touch the password box ...unless I uninstall the app and the reinstall it.
4. You also can't trust the information it gives you about the status of your prescriptions other than when it tells you they have shipped or been canceled arbitrarily (usually with no/misleading info about why).
5. Can never log in without resetting my entire account log in, password and I don't have 20 minutes to update a password, then use the text code, reset the password again.
6. I go to mail order my prescriptions, it says it's going to send a confirmation, but never does.
7. Managing prescriptions by text messages is a better experience than the mobile app!I've read lots of negative, frustrated and angry reviews.
8. I was able to set auto refill, order online and even print out my ID card, which I didn't have.
9. I get to tap "continue to the app" on the same covid warning I've seen for at least a year now, every single time I open the app.
10. Just a complete time waster.Horrible App! It used to be much better, but with every upgrade it seems to get worse.
11. I was going to write a bad review last week, but then I upgraded the app and it let me in and worked great.
