1. This is the most pathetic attempt at trying to do an app I've ever seenI have downloaded, re-download, un-installed, and reinstalled multiple times but it keeps telling me to download the newest update and won't let me get on.This is a good B2B SaaS appused by clients of FarEye for last-mile deliveries and pickups, first-mile pickups and mid-mile cross-docking activities like inbound scan, outbound scan, etc.I already installed latest version but it keep crashing and says please download latest version to proceed so patheticMy deliveries show up without issue, it's my pickups that do not show.

2. Every time I log in it says I need to download latest version.

3. But then it won't install and gets stuck on the downloading update pageI am unable to use app for past few days.

4. It says "Access Denied" But when I login through another phone it works.

5. I have given all required permission in my phone but still doesn't work.

6. I have to use a third party app, just to do my pickups.

7. Very Annoying!Often times Sync is not working or system error.👎Can't use it.

8. This app has consumed over 2 GB worth of data on the continuous updates.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FarEye Issues

1. Fix FarEye Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FarEye: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FarEye App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FarEye" » Open FarEye » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FarEye » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FarEye app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FarEye servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FarEye" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FarEye app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FarEye might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FarEye. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FarEye then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FarEye not working


2. Fix FarEye Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FarEye be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FarEye not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FarEye may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
