1. Campaign Sidekick is by far the worst premium political canvassing app available in the marketplace! If I was the software developer I would hang my head in shame! Having been forced to use this app over 10,000 times in the field I can personally attest that it's 99.99% inaccurate! The only way to get the circles and dots to line up correctly is to use Google Maps to manually calibrate your GPS position!Pretty doggone simple to follow.

2. I can usually walk a bit and service picks up again...HINT...Keep you phone on a charger in between walking or you might run your phone battery down.Signal strength affects speed, scrolling through the questions to hit a button while engaging a voter is tedious.

3. Also when using the walk book map the house number should be visible because some houses are too close for the GPS to pick the correct house.What a hunk of junk.

4. When I try to pull up the info it hangs up on the recipient of the call.This apps has bugs that cause you to not be able to sign in even though you've been using it for months.

5. We had some downloaded to Excel then two sheets of paper for 25 calls and upload the information when we are done was better but NO Easy way to download the assignment from the APPIt is a love hate situation with this app.

6. Sometimes there is no cell service in the area, and a great deal of time is wasted.The app does well at accurately locating houses.

7. It has improved as an application, but is outmatched by its peers.Having issues with demographics, names and surveys not pulling up when connecting calls.

8. If I were paying I would demand more.It has been slow to return to walk list.

9. It does however perform a below average job preparing notes before a door or performing well consistently on both the tablet and phone.

10. Paper walk lists are better than this app.This app has quite a few glitches, which I understand will probably be fixed in the future.

1. Restart Campaign Sidekick: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Campaign Sidekick App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Campaign Sidekick" » Open Campaign Sidekick » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Campaign Sidekick » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Campaign Sidekick app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Campaign Sidekick servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Campaign Sidekick" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Campaign Sidekick app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Campaign Sidekick might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Campaign Sidekick. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Campaign Sidekick then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Campaign Sidekick not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Campaign Sidekick be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Campaign Sidekick not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Campaign Sidekick may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
