1. 👍🏻It's a good app, but when I try to restrict the data, it requests a phone number, I type it in, but then an error has occurred and it still gave me thr OTPIt has come to recent knowledge, that Caller ID is not showing names or advising from who the calls are from and I did the update.

2. You just get an error message that says you need 3g or higher signal,(even when you do), but message blocks most of screen so it is hard to see even when person calling you is someone in contacts list and you want to answer.

3. Sometimes I am expecting a call from a doctor or someone else that are not in my contacts and I end up missing the call or ignoring it because I didn't recognize the number.

1. Restart Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup" » Open Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Caller ID, Phone Number Lookup" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
