I'm going to check it out for another couple of days and I'll probably pay the fee unless I find something else that compares both money and functionality wise.Am very much interested in using this app but unfortunately It doesn't show the ID name and locations to my new and strange number so I don't know what could be the problem, please I want to know what could be the problem .true It's unbelievable how this caller identifier works.

2. But the challenge is the multiple ads popping up and is not every incoming calls that the app identify the caller and even when trying to search in other to get the identity of the caller still I can't get the name.Wants to know MY location, to access MY contacts and to send notifications.

3. It can't do 💩 else.Worst app I've ever seen... It doesn't show location... Even for my contact numbers it shows they are not in my contact list... Such a useless appIt's best caller id app that Identifies all numbers with no name detail.

5. Forgot to note no ads, its fast, and call log shows clearly incoming and outgoing calls.

6. Pardon typos.I think that the App is very helpful in showing you if the caller is spam, scammer's, etc.

8. This is an app that spies on you instead of telling you who tried calling you from blocked and private numbers.

9. I hate getting calls that I can't identify who they are, especially sales calls.

10. Contacts can be kept with the deparate app that is part of my Motog6 and the one that is a part of the Dialer app,, which is what I have done.

1. Fix Caller ID Name & Location Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Caller ID Name & Location: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Caller ID Name & Location App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Caller ID Name & Location" » Open Caller ID Name & Location » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Caller ID Name & Location » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Caller ID Name & Location app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Caller ID Name & Location servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Caller ID Name & Location" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Caller ID Name & Location app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Caller ID Name & Location might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Caller ID Name & Location. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Caller ID Name & Location then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Caller ID Name & Location not working

2. Fix Caller ID Name & Location Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Caller ID Name & Location be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Caller ID Name & Location not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Caller ID Name & Location may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
