1. I'm honestly thinking of contacting the BBB!!!!!!!!!Have ordered many items over the years and always received great quality items and speedy service, have had problems ordering my latest order as site wouldn't work it kept freezing up, so left it a couple of days and tried again, seems to be ok now, hope this new order is up to their usual standard and hoping my order arrives in time for Christmas.

2. I wont recommend this company to anyone till they fix this issue.If I could rate zero stars I would!!! I placed an order on Feb 5th and it is now Mar 2nd & I still do NOT have my items!!! false advertisements on the website as far as processing times!! this is ridiculous!! I will never order from this company again!! I called customer service several times and it only took me about a week to get ahold of a LIVE agent and they gave some sob story about them updating shipping methods ect.

3. I've ordered in the past and their products are fabulous! But customer service is worse than terrible! I tried to place an order on a Sunday, kept saying it failed.

4. Now it's there days later, still can't place the order and last night the company cancelled my order and to to set order up, it's now an additional $10.This app made me experience the worst service till date.

5. I have no idea why they even want to sell valentines item when the item cannot even be delivered by valentines day... the processing time takes longer than the stated 4-5 days.

6. Never let me down before so fingers crossed this order will be as good quality and speed as all my other orders.

7. I have placed my order since 7th FEB and still haven't got the items.

8. The worst app to order personalized items.

9. Will recommend not to use this and go for some other sites which can deliver same items at a speedy time rate.Apparently we can't edit reviews any longer.

10. I called my bank and there was an issue with placing an international order.

11. And your app is still broken, it does not show any order status change since "processing".

1. Fix SOUFEEL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SOUFEEL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SOUFEEL App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SOUFEEL" » Open SOUFEEL - Personalized Gifts » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SOUFEEL » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SOUFEEL - Personalized Gifts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SOUFEEL servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SOUFEEL - Personalized Gifts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SOUFEEL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SOUFEEL might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SOUFEEL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SOUFEEL then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SOUFEEL not working


2. Fix SOUFEEL Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SOUFEEL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SOUFEEL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SOUFEEL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
