1. Well unfortunately when I downloaded this app when I tried to connect all I got was invalid URL so I guess it's a 1 star for me and that's one to many, sorry app team.This app is a JOKE!! Invalid URL.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eBayRadio Issues
1. Fix eBayRadio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart eBayRadio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the eBayRadio App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eBayRadio" » Open eBayRadio » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eBayRadio » click "UPDATE".
- Clear eBayRadio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eBayRadio servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eBayRadio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check eBayRadio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eBayRadio might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall eBayRadio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eBayRadio then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eBayRadio not working
2. Fix eBayRadio Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eBayRadio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eBayRadio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eBayRadio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
