1. Now the ability to report an issue with a payment directly has disappeared, so if you want to report it, you have to go to support, describe the issue to them and then manually take and send screenshots of the payments.Amateuristic. I've had a support ticket open for 4 months now because I prepaid for a metal card and they just don't seem to be able to send it to me (despite all previous cards arriving just fine).

2. More customer care would be appreciated.Lately there's been issues with making payments.. First it was only with ideal.. when you were sent to the accept/decline window, it got stuck spinning the wheel and it wouldn't move forward.. You have to close everything and open the Bunq app to accept the payment that's waiting.

3. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via app and email, get no answers for a several days (still didn't receive any answer btw) experienced extreme delays with card delivery, having waited over a month without receiving it.

4. Hoping that the next update will be more handy to use.These past few months, there is always an issue of not being able to get into my account.

5. Only a short fix though then issue resides again..Terrible customer support and undelivered promises.

1. Fix bunq Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart bunq: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the bunq App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bunq" » Open bunq » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bunq » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear bunq app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bunq servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bunq" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check bunq app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bunq might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall bunq. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bunq then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bunq not working

2. Fix bunq Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make bunq be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to bunq not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, bunq may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
