1. I'm here trying to find help desk and guess what? There isn't one!! My spectrum my azz.App constantly crashing, slowing down, or otherwise giving me conflicting information about the status of devices (both equipment and actually connected devices).
2. But this is the 6th time it's disconnected permanently in the past 6 months!! They've replaced box, modem, power pack, put amps on thingy outside, dug cables to get better connection.. spectrum service is great but the products suck so so bad and we never get credit for all the hoursdays weeks we go without the service.
3. It never fails to delete the device from the house, I constantly have to reset the app to gain access to the devices plus the app stops working at midnight it tells me "unable to authenticate my tablet" it's so damn frustrating that I've given up.
4. Other than that its just plain, simple, and bad software design.Pointless to bring up an issue with Spectrum, whether on the phone, socials, or the app, the results are the same...Nothing. I'd highly recommend using someone else.
5. Considering this app is how I am expected to pay my bill and how I have access to router settings, it'd be nice if Spectrum repaired their own app for their customers to have access to all the features we are charged for.
6. The balances are very clearly displayed, payment options are clearly displayed, the screens are not crowded with useless pictures or icons, and all the information I need is very easy to access.
7. Most of the account information, upgrades, security settings, and FAQ; load errors and don't populate on devices.
8. Why can't we have a website on the actual network to manage the equipment? Would be much easier than having to struggle with an app that only works half the time.Complete garbage.
9. I wish every bill app could be this easy to maneuver through.Spectrum needs to step up their game with this customer app.
10. Also seems to not communicate very well with any of the Spectrum equipment for resets and set up, leaving me to have to do so manually and directly with the equipment.
11. Now I have to waste 30 minutes of my life to call tech support, likely to find out it's an issue with the app.App hardly ever wants to work.
