1. Now it just gives a circle trying to connect then give a message to pair it by bluetooth.Samsung Users BEWARE! This app will no longer connect to the Bluetooth OBDII dongle after the latest phone update.

2. Don't waste the money just pick up a cheap Bluetooth scan unit from eBay or Amazon as they will do as much or more as this will now at less than half the cost.Zero stars! I have wasted hours of my life and cannot get the darn 1050 model scanner to connect at all.

1. Fix Bosch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bosch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bosch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bosch" » Open Bosch Mobile Scan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bosch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bosch Mobile Scan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bosch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bosch Mobile Scan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bosch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bosch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bosch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bosch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bosch not working

2. Fix Bosch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bosch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bosch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bosch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
