1. Now I can't even use my thermostat at all!Bosch is dead to me after the resent server migration this has been nothing but a disaster nothing works any more no wifi connection no app that is clear as the default will not work with other smart home devices.

2. What's the use on having a remote accessable thermostat that i can't connect to remotely? I paid over $15000 for a package ac system that is only compatible with YOUR BCC100 thermostat and now I can't remote connect to it because I get an error message saying my country and language are not supported.

3. Should have kept my old thermostat.Seriously Bosch? My BCC100 thermostat used to work with "Bosch Connected Control" but the app disappeared from the app store.

4. Sadly have to echo what everyone in the last year seems to be saying - this app is a total bust! It appears to be impossible to register my two units via any method in the USA (Bosch doesn't even seem to have an online method as back up) and judging by the complete lack of response here, Bosch doesn't apparently care.

5. No notice on Bosch website or on Play Store of a known issue yet still downloadable! That's inexcusable at the price of the thermostat that was installed last week with my new Bosch heat pump.

6. If I want to incerese temperature from 20 to 22C it takes 12 hours.Bosch just lost me as a customer! No longer can access my network thermostat with this new app.

7. If I could give Bosch negative stars it would be a negative five star.Just installed a $7,000 Bosch AC/furnace which promoted this app in the brochure.

8. It gives an error about location and language.There is no control on wather temperature.

1. Fix Bosch Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bosch Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bosch Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bosch Control" » Open Bosch Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bosch Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bosch Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bosch Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bosch Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bosch Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bosch Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bosch Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bosch Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bosch Control not working

2. Fix Bosch Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bosch Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bosch Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bosch Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
