Why should I report an Issue with Snag List - Site Audit Reports?

1. Please help.Working fine until today,cannot send the full snag list of print it off, only allows me to send or print the cover page and page one of the document.

2. Just some initial observations for future functionality, it would be useful to be able to sub divide projects into sub groups, e.g. site areas or rooms, or by sub-contractor, even just to add sub headings would help.

3. I've played my yearly subscriptionthe free version ticks the right boxes for the format but... I can find no way of sharing my project list via email etc.

10. I would like the option to create pdfs based on who issues are assigned to rather than just one complete list.

11. Also the comments field doesn't wrap the text, so half of what I'm writing isn't visible in the PDF created.

1. Fix Snag List Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snag List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snag List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snag List" » Open Snag List - Site Audit Reports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snag List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snag List - Site Audit Reports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snag List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snag List - Site Audit Reports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snag List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snag List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snag List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snag List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snag List not working

2. Fix Snag List Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snag List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snag List not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snag List may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
