1. Seriously?! Do not install this app or order delivery from this restaurant.Doesn't work properly, keeps saying an error occurred when trying to hit the order button.Unable to place order using app, credit card was charged.
2. I can place an online order on their website, but don't get reward points and now I can't use the reward I have sitting in my account.
3. Really annoying since they can't be applied or accumulated for website online orders, but clearly the app isn't working.The app requires you to keep it loaded with money, like a store credit, that automatically refills from your chosen account.
4. I downloaded the app and was immediately charged 50$ to load the "Blue" account, then 34.15$ for my order, then 25$ to "refill" my Blue account - but all charged to my bank account.
5. You might expect a second screen with more payment options or questions, so it's easy to accidentally place an incomplete order.
6. It's an annoying extra step intended to cause customers to load in money for Blue to "hold" that doesn't require Blue to give the customer any product in return.
7. Annoying.The only way I can get points is to order ahead?? So I get credit for the $100 I just spent in your restaurant? Great, no reason to go.
8. Sent message via app support, no reply from them.Refuses to let me order on app saying I need to clear cart.
9. Also, when you're ordering, it's not obvious that pushing just one button from the cart places the order.
10. Every time I go to place an order, it won't let me get to the cart and check out.
11. Come to find out the delivery was through Doordash and the driver left the food IN FRONT OF MY HOTEL! This is why Doordash is TERRIBLE and should never be used by anyone.
