Don't get me wrong black bear has good food but horrible people working for them.Near useless if you want to get opening hours and locations - won't show details of restaurants that are not currently open; map does not show additional locations when you scroll.Nice for what it is, locations and ordering ahead.

2. I do wish the app would save my credit card number.Black Bear Diner is by far one of my favorite restaurants of all time and I am super stoked about their app! Great food and great service.

3. Making the price monumentally more expensive.6/22/21 - doesn't let me place online orders, but the teller tellers me she's been receiving online orders morning.. tragic! My first time was so horrible I'm erasing the app a hour after I installed it.

4. They always give me perfect online orders! I also love the East bay one as well in Dublin, and the Danville location is great too.

5. Food was everything we expected, and then some!!! The whole experience was excellent!! We will be back!!Love the all day breakfast!!! Easy ordering and food customization.

6. Also, breakfast is available all day!❤There's no menu on the app.....so waste of time if I have to go look at a menu and order at the restaurant.

7. Your better off ordering delivery through the app rather l the delivery apps as the delivery apps charge a premium on each item you order.

1. Restart Black Bear Diner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Black Bear Diner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Black Bear Diner" » Open Black Bear Diner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Black Bear Diner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Black Bear Diner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Black Bear Diner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Black Bear Diner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Black Bear Diner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Black Bear Diner might not work.
