Then it says new version available, and forces to playstore, where the only optionis to Open... there is no new update!.Extremely bad No customer service or number to call if you need help with your order 1 order being prepared for 2 hours in weekdays i had to go and buy dinner after 2 hours of waiting ...This is the worst delivery app everBad application.

Once you order and exit the application, you can't find or track your order.Wouldn't submit my address for delivery option (eastern district Riyadh city) ,it only showed it once by accident and I couldn't complete any order , I really like your food guys just check and fix the app5 stars for caring about the customrs I order yesterday through the app and somehow technical erro happened order was delayed 4 hr i sent feedback through the app and Mr jeffery contacted me immediatly issue was solved and i recived my order that day.

3. I can't even place an order! every time I try it says "something went wrong".

1. Fix FireGrill KSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FireGrill KSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FireGrill KSA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FireGrill KSA" » Open FireGrill KSA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FireGrill KSA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FireGrill KSA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FireGrill KSA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FireGrill KSA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FireGrill KSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FireGrill KSA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FireGrill KSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FireGrill KSA then reinstall.
