The live graph feature automatically gets initiated once a probe has been setup. -Selecting different meat and taste with default set temperatures and customized set temperatures. -The App allows users setup custom temperature alerts during the cooking cycle. -The App will provide notification (sound and / or vibration) to user when target temperature is reached. -The App can display temperature in ℃ or ℉ and is user selectable. - The App allows users save preset or custom cook profiles for easy future probe setup. -Support at most 4 probes and end user can assign different meats and tastes to individual probes. -There are different timers which assist the user for various cooking / BBQ functions. -Each timer can be selected to work as a standalone countdown timer or can be assigned to a probe that has been setup. -Count down timer is used to set a target time for cooking.

1. The reason I bought this bluetooth thermometer was so that I didnt have to walk out to my smoker ten times to check temps during cooking.When first installed, last year, app worked as advertised.

2. Very outdated, you can't exit the app if you have a modern phone without physical buttons, app permissions are crazy, they need access to location files communication and more for a meet probe! unheard of..This app has terrible connection with the thermometer and regularly crashes.

3. The temperature sensors still works fine and that's the important thing.When I first bought this a year ago with my Napoleon BBQ it worked one time.

4. It was mediocre when it first came out but it had become unusable as the app crashes or the thermometer will disconnect from the the phone.

5. But after countless monthyly T-Mobile security updates, OS update, it's stopped worked and crashes every time you try to open it.

6. How is that a thing? When the app crashes you get stuck in a loop of trying to force the app to close.Recent updates added some new graphics which are nice, but the chart functionality is ruined.

7. It worked when I first got it, but didn't really see the point of have the sensors monitored via bluetooth.

8. USELESS ON THE BLUETOOTH SIDE OF THE PRODUCT!!! Once connected via bluetooth on my galaxy s8+ you can monitor temps.

9. For how much it costs there are much better Bluetooth thermometers out there.The Bluetooth readouts on my phone is great and the probe itself is good.

10. Location? Contacts? Bull! I fired off a email to the place I got my grill and probe requesting they stop selling the device since it doesn't work as it should.

11. So, don't bother downloading.UPDATED: I needed to turn on Location Services for the Bluetooth on my Galaxy S9 to conn.

1. Fix Napoleon ACCU-PROBE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Napoleon ACCU-PROBE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Napoleon ACCU-PROBE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Napoleon ACCU-PROBE" » Open Napoleon ACCU-PROBE™ Bluetooth » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Napoleon ACCU-PROBE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Napoleon ACCU-PROBE™ Bluetooth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Napoleon ACCU-PROBE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Napoleon ACCU-PROBE™ Bluetooth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Napoleon ACCU-PROBE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Napoleon ACCU-PROBE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Napoleon ACCU-PROBE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Napoleon ACCU-PROBE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Napoleon ACCU-PROBE not working

2. Fix Napoleon ACCU-PROBE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Napoleon ACCU-PROBE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Napoleon ACCU-PROBE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Napoleon ACCU-PROBE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
