1. I must order directly on-site at the Carrabba's restaurant, I-45N, The Woodlands, Texas if I want everything that's available on take-out menu.

2. The restaurant is stupendous and I would give them 10 stars! FIX THE APP! The app, on the other hand, doesn't track rewards accurately, won't allow call ahead wait listing and makes ordering on line a chore.

3. This is, obviously, a bug, issue and mistake as Carrabba's doesn't have a separate 'Take-Out' menu as it relates to the app, that contains fewer items available for take-out.

4. Fortunately, the people in the restaurant are awesome.Complete waste of time since the restaurant group (including Bonefish Grill and Outback) changed the rewards program.

5. Bring back Chicken Mustardo.... That is one of their best meals by far!!!!App doesn't include all of the menu items available for take-out.

6. I do like the ability to pay my bill and go without having to wait for the server to take my credit card and bring it back.For last 6 months app will not accept check codes to pay bill.

1. Restart Carrabba's Italian Grill: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carrabba's Italian Grill App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carrabba's Italian Grill" » Open Carrabba's Italian Grill » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carrabba's Italian Grill » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carrabba's Italian Grill app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carrabba's Italian Grill servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carrabba's Italian Grill" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carrabba's Italian Grill app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carrabba's Italian Grill might not work.
