Use other payment apps instead.This app has been giving me nothing but a hard time, been trying to transfer funds for the last few days and can't seem to do it, it keeps saying "open in the mobile app instead" and when I do that it will only let me in if I can provide a QR scan code and don't see one or know how to get one long story short I can't access the app, and in the mobile web version it will not allow me to transfer funds says it has to be done on my app 😪 I just want my money out of your website SIR , thanks 🙏❤️Ever since they became yoursafe I can't get my money, which was never an issue before, and customer service now refuses to reply to let me know what's happening.

2. I'm almost over it and just let go of the money because this process is impossible! I'm so furious after yet another failed attempt to transfer and never left a review for an app before but yoursafe is an absolute garbage scam.no stars - been trying to link my cell to laptop app for weeks....... is accepted but says there is still a problem linking my new device, yet it is linked there is still a problemNot good, after more than 20x of properly reuploading my passport, they terminated my account.

You've been warned!I want to give this app no star which neans zero star because this app is that much frustrating,actually they don't want give payments to the people who are using it,that is why they doesn't give an manual verification option,their auto capture doesn't work peoprly,my own driving licence has not been captured when i put the aadhar card it was captured and got a mail that your ID is not acceptable,please don't use your safe app for salaries,paypal is 100 Times better than this.

4. Been trying to transfer a payment a received to my bank account for months and keep getting thrown between windows and issues why i am not able to do it.

7. If your account is locked for some reason (which they won't disclose), support refuses to help or tell you why, they just close your account.

1. Fix Yoursafe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yoursafe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yoursafe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yoursafe" » Open Yoursafe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yoursafe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yoursafe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yoursafe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yoursafe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yoursafe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yoursafe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yoursafe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yoursafe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yoursafe not working

2. Fix Yoursafe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yoursafe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yoursafe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yoursafe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
