1. I wish there was a little more flexibility with picking which stores you want to compare prices with.This app is EVERYTHING! It was a bit tricky figuring out how to compare prices, once I realized I needed to select each item on my list to pick a shortcut brand, it was SOOOO easy! I'm going to be using this before every shopping trip!! The only improvement I can think of is having a small tutorial for those that arent as quick to figure it out.Intentions are good.

2. Then when you choose a store that doesn't have the same brand that is on your list, it asks you to select a comparable item, but that screen doesn't show the previous unit price that is being displaced.

Additionally, adding items to your list requires location to be enabled, and I see absolutely no reason why scanning a simple barcode (which only works about 50% of the time, even with location turned on) should make it necessary to invade my privacy.The app is pretty easy to figure out, the prices are accurate the majority of the time.

4. this app lets you search for items, compare prices for this item, allows you to build list of your favorite items for easy comparing later.

5. But you can't search for groceriest by unit price except on the shopping list screen where it doesn't make any useful sense at all.

6. Every screen should show I it price! Beta at best, app not ready for prime time.Never got to use it - it won't stay open! I initially denied location access, I entered my zip code and it immediately closed.

1. Fix Basket Savings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Basket Savings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Basket Savings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Basket Savings" » Open Basket Savings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Basket Savings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Basket Savings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Basket Savings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Basket Savings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Basket Savings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Basket Savings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Basket Savings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Basket Savings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Basket Savings not working

2. Fix Basket Savings Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Basket Savings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Basket Savings not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Basket Savings may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
