Also some options like mobile transaction does not work properly and show errors like something went wrong.and also in account statement I suggest to show the 5 last transaction statement not 5 amallest.I had signed up with previous old version, and had added money in my valet, now the new updates can't upgrade the old version, it means I should install it separately, thus I am currently out of country and can't verify my account by my phone number, besides support for old version is discontinued by Azizibank and there is no option for sign in as well.

No matter how many times u update it will keep asking for update.I did add Money to my wallet but I couldn't recharge , I tried several times both in IOS and Android but again it failed as I saw the reviews others also faced this issue , I know lots of people using this app just to recharge their phones ... This update sucks ! Just solve the problem as soon as possible or I'll stop using Azipay it doesn't look safe anymore to me.I installed the lastest version 0.0.14 but still says upgrade to the lastest version.

I hope they resolve this issue soon.The worst app with the last update I can't make any transaction neither from the wallet and nor from the app please fix this issue, I am trying to purchase mobile top up credit card but first the amount is debit from my account but after few minutes again the amount gets credit to my account.

5. Mobile top-up option is also not working most of the time.Worst app and services ever.. i had to add benefieceries, at the end it asks about security questions, i answered all three and it turns out to be wrong.

1. Fix AziPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AziPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AziPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AziPay" » Open AziPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AziPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AziPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AziPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AziPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AziPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AziPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AziPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AziPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AziPay not working

2. Fix AziPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AziPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AziPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AziPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
