That makes the text annotation tool not usable at all when using this device When tested with another phone with smaller camera resolution, the problem doesn't appear.pdf's have max zoom, cannot be zoomed any more that you can see it on real paper - what's the point then? pdfs must be calibrated first if you want them to be measured, even those produced with Autodesk software 3d model manipulation is hard and it often lags and freezes so it cannot be zoomed or rotated anymore very smooth folder exploring but having tiles view as a default is not practical with normal folder names (it trims them into unreadable format)BIM 360 is a very useful app I use on a daily basis at work to look at schematics for projects.

2. Otherwise this is a very powerful appI've been a project admin on large scale projects (450+ active users, 10000+ issues, 10000+ checklists, thousands of documents, etc.) and for us this platform has totalled transformed and streamlined our way of working.

4. I have found out that after I download plans for a certain project offline, BIM still decides to use my data connection to fetch the plans after they've already been downloaded.

5. For this to be avoided, I must kill/force stop the app process, turn off my data, then open BIM back up in order to have the schematics load immediately.

6. Firstly wen Internet connection is bad it only syncs sometimes, other times it fails to sync and all your work has to be redone (on check sheets).

7. Once username and password entered it returns to default splash page with login button.

8. Other times when you attempt to open a check sheet or snag it crashes.

9. I'm giving 4 stars since a recent update does not let photographs load in checklists.

10. Add a text to the photo using the integrated annotation capability of BIM 360 app 3.

1. Fix BIM 360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BIM 360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BIM 360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BIM 360" » Open BIM 360 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BIM 360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BIM 360 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BIM 360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BIM 360" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BIM 360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BIM 360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BIM 360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BIM 360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BIM 360 not working

2. Fix BIM 360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BIM 360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BIM 360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BIM 360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
