Why should I report an Issue with BIMx?

Its a shame the bimx explorer user cant decide on the section views they can see rather than the architect.I love this app it's really good , but you really need to work on the navigation its very bad , try to look at some games like "crusiders of light " or those fortnite games look-like in andriod .

2. It is brilliant.Very bad application, you can't create anything new,Walk through control needs a custom setting for user, maybe an x&y axis in flip mode and sensivity settings, and that's it from me, good app on the whole.A handy tool but could be so much better.

3. You just need to work on the navigation more Keep up the good workThe latest update cannot allow you to open 3D model/3D view in anyway.

4. No-one wants to wear Cardboard VR viewers, so a better way would have been to have integrated VR joystick functionality, or at least auto click on buttons (point, at the button, wait while the timer counts down, then autoclick).

5. eg - how to move around? Do I have to use a joystick? Wouldn't it be better to have waypoints to click on? EDIT 1: Well, in the light of the answer and more exploration I've downgraded my review because it seems to me this could have been so much better than it is.

6. Once you try to open a 3D model, it's keep running itself, and the application crash, you can exit the app, it's not allow you to use your phone, until you force to restart the phone.

7. EDIT 2: Looks like it will work with a joystick, but it took a couple of hours playing around with the joystick settings to get it connected to the app.

8. Also u need to add a way to flip the controls some people like to swipe left to look right and some other people like to swipe right to go right ...kind like first person shooter games .

10. Uninstalled the Bimx app multiple times, double checked that the app has permissions to file system, restarted the phone as well.

1. Fix BIMx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BIMx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BIMx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BIMx" » Open BIMx » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BIMx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BIMx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BIMx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BIMx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BIMx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BIMx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BIMx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BIMx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BIMx not working

2. Fix BIMx Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BIMx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BIMx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BIMx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
