1. Creating a route of any distance isn't much fun when the road tracking randomly quits working and the undo function never works, not to mention the lack of turn by turn directions for tracks.Terrific little app for biology field work.
2. All around 10/10.A very useful app but it's pretty ridiculous that you can't search your own saved tracks, and that every time you click backward from looking at a saved track you get punted back up to the latest one, so you can't even keep your place in the list as you're looking.
3. I can't find any of my way points to navigate to and if I start a navigation on the phone it doesn't continue on android auto.
4. With Gaia, you can crop your tracks, edit the color, and hide or display previous tracks to facilitate field work.
5. Also very buggy -- half the time after I hit save on a track it sends me to the main screen instead of letting me edit the name of the track I just saved.
6. My new purple arrow color no longer conflicts with orange map elements, yay!First off Gaiagps is my primary mapping program and has been for several years.
7. So much easier than busting out the Garmin which obviously doesnt have the geotagging photo capability that Gaia offers, nor the ability to edit your tracks.
8. Advise: Don't forget to place the cell phone on Airplane mode & screen off if you want to save battery.
9. The only thing I would like to see is to be able to follow friends maps/page in real time rather just sharing a specific trail.
10. I do like the ease and reliability on the phone but the entire program throughout different processes of using it is glitch without a doubt.
11. Another issue I have is the maps from phone to pc do not align as to deleted or edited routes., they are not updated accurately. This app will change your hiking experience.
