Why should I report an Issue with Owly for Twitter?

I'd love to buy the "pro" version, but if this is an example of their support...Great features that really gave me a reason to give it a solid try, but the bugs got the better of me: opening a long thread of the tweet author replying to the original tweet has only the first tweet visible, none of their replies; setting location for trends filtering immediately crashes the app every time.

2. It would be nice to have a mute button for videos or be able to swipe to dismiss media, but those are minor things.It's a fine Twitter app, looks good best timeline viewer.

7. The UI is good and being able to pick up where I left off (instead of going to the most recent tweet every time) is a real plus for me.

8. It would also be nice if we could choose which application to open when clicking on tweets in the widget, but that's less important than the images.

9. The toggle to only include the "reading" list tweets should also exist in the main timeline page or it should be in a separate tab.

11. My WiFi is up to speed to be loading the photos in tweet and saving them, so that's not the issue.

1. Fix Owly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Owly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Owly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Owly" » Open Owly for Twitter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Owly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Owly for Twitter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Owly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Owly for Twitter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Owly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Owly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Owly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Owly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Owly not working

2. Fix Owly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Owly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Owly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Owly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
