Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ark-Trader Issues
1. Fix Ark-Trader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Ark-Trader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Ark-Trader App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ark-Trader" » Open Ark-Trader » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ark-Trader » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Ark-Trader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ark-Trader servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ark-Trader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Ark-Trader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ark-Trader might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Ark-Trader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ark-Trader then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ark-Trader not working
2. Fix Ark-Trader Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ark-Trader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ark-Trader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ark-Trader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
